This beautiful studio apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing break. Located on one of Cromer's most historic residential streets, it is comfortable and full of character. All facilities are within very easy walking distance of the apartment, which is self contained and has its own private access and enclosed garden.
A short stroll through North Lodge Park, opposite the property, leads you to the East Beach and promenade where, at the foot of the Gangway, the crab boats are landed.

The space
Completely self contained, the apartment has a period charm with its Edwardian hallway, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen/living room area has a beach house feel; contemporary yet reflecting its coastal heritage.
The private entrance opens into a hallway, from where the bedroom and separate bathroom lead. The bathroom has a good sized shower and the bedroom is comfortable and eclectically furnished with hand painted furniture. The kitchen/living area is accessed through the bedroom and is well equipped with all the facilities needed for a short break. There is an oven, double hob, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The L-shaped design gives a spacious feel and creates a restful area in which to relax on the sofa and watch the Smart TV or browse the many books which adorn the shelves.
Access to the apartment is through a lovely garden, of which guests have sole use. It is fully enclosed and, in addition to lawn and flower borders, has a terraced seating area; perfect for afternoon tea or a BBQ. The apartment is on the ground floor, with two steps leading into the property from the covered porch.
There is no parking for the apartment; however, there is unrestricted roadside parking on the Avenue and nearby roads.
One well behaved dog is very welcome, at an additional cost of £10 per night. We would ask that dogs are refrained from going on the furniture and that they are not left alone in the apartment. Cromer is a very dog-friendly town, with most pubs and cafes having a very welcoming approach to pets.

Cromer is a traditional seaside town with lovely beaches,
museums and a good range of independent shops. A five minute walk will take you to the famous Victorian Grade II listed Pier with its lifeboat station and Pavillion Theatre. Here is where the UK's only remaining end of the pier show takes place each Summer and Winter. Cromer has an abundance of cafes and coffee shops, all within a very short stroll. Two minutes is all it takes to walk to an award winning Thai restaurant and the five town pubs provide locally produced ales as well as a range of food. North Norfolk is a beautiful place to walk and and there are many routes and paths to enjoy. The Norfolk Coast Path is a one minute walk away from the apartment, from where you can go East through Happy Valley and over the cliffs to Overstrand or take the West route and wander through the traditional sunken gardens before heading out towards Sheringham. The National Trust properties of Felbrigg and Blickling are just a short drive away as are the Norfolk Broads. Cromer is a wonderful place for a holiday, any time of the year.
