The house is warm and fully double glazed. 1.5 miles from the city centre on the southern slopes, set above the main road, opposite a golf course and backed by trees. Interaction with guests

I have lived in Bath for 18 years. I will be happy to help you find your way around. Milo, a friendly sproodle, is confined to my space! He is non allergenic (apparently!) and doesn't moult.

Communications were good and the check in process all went smoothly. Rosie is an excellent host and made us feel relaxed and welcome. Her home is beautifully presented and our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom, is which is immediately adjacent, has a large shower. On street parking was easily available. We very much enjoyed breakfast which plentiful with a variety of choices including fresh fruit salad. Milo the dog is delightful. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend.

Rosie is an excellent hostess. Her place is comfortable and convenient with the bus stop just outside the front gate, and, even though I had the front room, it is very quiet at night. The breakfast provided is also tasty and substantial. Milo the dog is a friendly bonus. I'd be very happy to stay there again.

Rosie is a lovely host who immediately made us feel welcome in her home. The bedrooms are lovely, our beds were so comfortable and right next to the bathroom. The breakfasts were perfect and plentiful with a fresh fruit salad waiting for us each morning. My children and I felt very at home and Rosie was a great host who was there if you needed her. Milo her dog is a delight!

Rosie's place is really great. It's a very nice, well decorated and clean house. The room and the private bathroom are superb. The dog was lovely, too.

We stayed for a long weekend at Rosie's and thoroughly enjoyed the location, place and her company. Bath is such a beautiful place to visit and staying at Rosie's (also from the 'flying family') with her lovely room and gorgeous dog Milo was just right. Easy enough to get into town with a cab (GBP8-9) and a bus 10mins. Looking forward to going back.

Rosie is the perfect host : flexible, easy-going, and caring. The atmosphere of her house is so pleasant - from the bedroom shelves full of books to the air of the sitting room filled with the scent of beautiful lilies - you don't feel like leaving. The breakfast is tasty and generously laid every morning on the table. The residential area is very convenient to walk to the city centre everyday, and the views on the way are stunning. Rosie nicely offered us on several occasions to drive us into town when she was going out, and she provided great advice (we were trying to explore the British bureaucratic system and she helped us doing so with a lot of humor). Milo is a very well-behaved and friendly dog, as well. I would recommend her company and her lovely house to anyone !
