The space
Boho Beaver is a registered business that offers two cabins on the property. 4 guests? No problem! Cabin #2 is also available for rent.
The cabins are separated by trees to ensure ultimate privacy.
The cabin offers the perfect place to explore the countryside.
Roam in luscious forests to explore the walking trails, have a soak in the saltwater hot tub, relax in the sauna, lay under the beaming stars, or enjoy an evening by the bonfire with s'mores. Boho Beaver is a place to escape and reset. An ambience for nature enthusiasts that will leave you feeling rebalanced and rejuvenated.
Boho Beaver provides an excellent opportunity for you to learn about, experience, and appreciate the wonders of Ontario’s agricultural system first hand. We take great pride in coming from a family of farmers and we love to share our enthusiasm in farming.
We provide farm tours upon arrival for all guests.
What’s included?
-DOWNTIME, UPGRADED: Guests can roam the 80 acre property and walk through the whimsical "Forest Trails" and "River Trails".
Full access to property amenities; paddling on the river (seasonal) walking trails, lay in the hammocks which are scattered throughout the property, swim in the river, and stargaze. The river is approximately a 10 minute walk from the cabin.
- SALT WATER HOT TUB AND SAUNA: Don't forget your bathing suit as our brand new communal salt water hot tub and sauna are open, adding the perfect touch to your getaway. Flip flops are provided. Hot tub and sauna are open all year round.
-DREAM SLEEP: The tiny cabin boasts a sleeping loft with a high quality queen-size bed that accommodates up to 2 people. 1500 thread Egyptian Cotton Linens and fluffy pillows are kindly provided.
Blinds have been installed for those who love to sleep in.
-LET'S EAT: Guests can take advantage of the modern stove top kitchen that comes fully equipped with everything that you need to cook a meal. It also includes cookware, dining ware, a toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee maker (complimentary coffee, cream & sugar) and basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt & pepper) are included.
We offer A La Cart breakfast items for purchase.
-BBQ: Cook a hearty meal on the BBQ
-FIRE PIT: You will find Muskoka chairs around the fire pit, surrounded by the privacy of the beautiful Beaver Valley. Perfect for enjoying a glass of wine, and admiring the views before a relaxing sleep.
-INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT & WIFI: In the beautifully-furnished living area, guests can kick back and relax in a cozy Boho inspired lounge area after an exciting day exploring. There is a 32 inch smart TV with high speed and unlimited Wi-Fi. Feel free to use your own Netflix account or rent movies. NO cable.
-FOREST ENSUITE: Boho inspired & super cute, FULLY heated WITH electricity. Comfortable 3-season outdoor shower with hot water. Heated outdoor shower is now open for the season.
Towels are provided. Foot-pump sink for hand washing. In addition, ventilated which leaves the forest ensuite smelling potpourri fresh each time :)
-ADD ON's: We offer an Al La Cart Menu which features a fire pit kit, breakfast items and a s'mores kit, In addition, we provide contacts for spa services onsite.
-PADDLING INCLUDED: All guests have FREE access to water equipment. 2 kayaks and a canoe are available and shared with Cabin #2.

-There’s a chance you’ll catch a glimpse of wildlife while visiting. This is wonderful, and can be very exciting! But please: give all wildlife space and enjoy them from a distance.
