You will find peaceful and welcoming surroundings, the large property offers you plenty of generous space. Exactly 5 hectars of land, Plus very spacious living areas, also several areas to enjoy at your leisure and seat for a good nap or to read a book.
Be it a sunny day or a cold rainy day, there are several opportunities to enjoy your vacation, be it in front of the large fireplace or by strolling around the well curated lovely gardens, even a small vegetable garden and a banana plantation.

The hacienda is located in front of the beach, at the end of the large coast line of Olon, close to el pueblo de la Entrada where you can find convenient stores a great bakery “Benito” and several typical food offerings.

The neighborhood is quiet, there are mainly privately own homes along the coast of Olon.

Oloncito a town close by has many little typical restaurants, shops and bakeries as well as a fish market early every morning.

In case of an emergency is the town of Manglaralto, which has a small hospital with first aid attention.

Also close is the surfers paradise beach of Montañita where you find larger supermarkets, restaurants, many fun activities for day and night.
