The space
Everything ski related is a passion of mine! I am a well-traveled person who understands the comfort of a warm bed, a clean environment, and a great experience. I really enjoy hosting and creating memorable experiences for others! The chalet is designed with family gatherings and guest experiences in mind to create lasting memories. We are located on the last run at Sir Sam's Ski. Ski in Ski out direct from the basement level. If you are looking for a place to rest, relax, and truly unplug from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is a spa-like environment that will not disappoint. No matter where in the house you are, you are surrounded by a view of the beautiful forest. Open concept, vaulted ceilings, granite fireplace, modern yet cozy, perfect for family gatherings. Kitchen live-edge Island table seating has been designed to include seating for 10. The basement has been set up for ski in ski out. There is plenty of room for ski gear both inside and outside. No matter the season, there is so much to do and enjoy in Haliburton! The views are amazing, each season has its own wonderful draws! Snow tires and 4 x 4 are recommended in the winter months.
Main Level:
Vaulted open ceilings with a propane fireplace. So cozy for the winter cold weather while you watch skiers come down the mountain and the snow falling outside, surrounded by views of the forest. The Kitchen area is fully stocked and has a custom-made walnut island table that seats 10. There is a master bedroom on this level with a King bed and a single bed. Includes a walk-in closet with plenty of space to hang clothing. In the vaulted living space, beside the fireplace, there is a pull-out (king) daybed that sleeps 2 comfortably. The bathroom on this level has a jacuzzi tub, shower, and toilet.
Upper Level:
First Bedroom (Moose room) there is a queen bed. Second Bedroom (Bear room) there is a king bed and a single bed. Both rooms have closets with hangers and dressers for clothing. There is an office space with a great view in the loft area. Also, a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower, double sinks, and a toilet.
Basement Level:
There is a Streetfighter Arcade game, air hockey table and indoor/outdoor pink pong table along with many games, books and puzzles provided in the cabinet under the TV. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The game room and ski in ski out area is on this level. It has been equipped for ski gear. The laundry room has both a washer and dryer and all supplies provided for your use.

You have access to the entire home. This is a very spacious 3-level home 1,757 sq ft with a full bathroom on each floor. The main level has a master bedroom for accessibility for those who cannot do stairs. There is a gameroom and setup for ski in, ski out gear and access direct from the basement level. Ample parking on the property.
Other things to note
Many advertise Ski in Ski out properties on Sir Sam’s hill. There are very few properties actually on the hill that offer true ski in ski out. We are one of two properties on Dingle Run (the last run on the hill) that offer direct access to the hill from the property.
