My husband and I had a great stay at Tom and Bev's place! They were both very kind and hospitable. We enjoyed our beautiful room and ensuite bathroom. Thank you for the lovely breakfast of coffee, juice, fruit, baked goods, yogurt and granola too! We would enjoy staying there again next time we head out that way.

Very cool house with a retro vibe. The neighborhood was quaint and very close to downtown (which has a fun little pub). The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Perfect for exploring Niagra Falls. We loved Bev's art!

We loved the closeness to the golf course we played- Peninsular Lakes and walking distance to pelham historic Main Street. There was a July summer street fest on with a good country band and lots to eat and drink. Great little bonus. This is a very pretty area, close to the cute town of Fenwick and fruit farms. Only 25 mins to Niagara on the Lake and the wineries. I would highly recommend this home especially if you like well done, renovated 50's and 60's decor. The room is tasteful, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Quiet, we slept so well. Toms wife Bev is a renowned artist and she has many of her pieces hanging. Quiet porch by the lush gardens to sip a glass of wine at end of day. (We brought a bottle) Delicious breakfast, my favourite yogurt, home made muffins, fresh berries, croissant and cafe Americano.

The photo does not do his place justice. My husband and I could tell that they do this for enjoyment, which is really great to see. Tom and Bev were a wonderful, lovely couple who made some great recommendations on local activities. The room is very clean, well-decorated, and their place is also right off the main street, so you have good access to a lot of restaurants. They also provided us with a really delicious breakfast, which was not listed on the posting. The homemade granola was absolutely delicious, the americano fantastic, and every other item fresh. We were so pleasantly surprised by the generosity! More so, they're also a really interesting couple with cool stories, so we were able to have a great conversation. I really wish we could go back!

Tom and Bev were gracious and generous hosts from our initial communication and arrival, and throughout our stay. They were very helpful with suggestions around the area and in Niagara, and were accommodating when we arrived a bit behind schedule. The room itself was reminiscent of a real hotel with a luxuriously setup bed and en-suite bathroom. The house was a unique experience; beautiful and charmingly decorated and with a lot of greenery. Breakfast was delicious and generous. This is definitely an AirBnB we would stay at again if possible, we loved it!

I had an excellent stay. The hosts (Tom and Bev) were great, very easy to coordinate with for arrival and nice to chat with as well. The house was beautiful (the photos don't do it justice), the room and ensuite were top notch and even had a nice view over the tree line to wake up to. I would quite happily stay again if I find myself in the area.
