This recently rebuilt townhouse is modern and stylish yet still retains all the charm and character that the historic core of St. John’s is known for. Find yourself enchanted by the rugged beauty of The Rock with the views of the hills and the water from the comfort of your own space.

The space
The house is a three-story townhouse rebuilt just over 10 years ago. In-floor heating extends throughout the entire first floor. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. A half-bathroom and laundry area are located in the hallway leading to the dining area.

The second floor is open-concept, with lots of natural light coming in throughout the day and a great place to kick back and relax. There is also a dedicated office area near the front windows looking out towards the Southside Hills. Patio doors in the back of the room lead to the deck and backyard.

The two bedrooms and master bathroom can be found on the top floor. Each bedroom has its own closet space, while the master bedroom also comes with dresser and ottoman for extra storage. The master bathroom features a stunning and spacious shower and comes equipped with all the standard amenities.

Neighbourhood highlights

With a walkscore of 94, you’ll learn quickly that the best of St. John’s is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the front step. Sample the province’s best beer at Bannerman Brewing or Brewdock on East Duck, experience the best of Newfoundland music at O’Reillys on George Street, make it a personal mission to try every flavour of gelato at Parlour, or maybe just grab a blanket and read a book in the sun at beautiful Bannerman Park – each just a five minute walk away. If you’re feeling really adventurous and want to make an afternoon out of it, take a walk around Quidi Vidi Lake, wander around the narrow streets of the Battery, or hike up historic Signal Hill for a breathtaking view of the city. If it’s culture you seek, The Rooms are only a fifteen-minute jaunt up the hill, while you can walk to provincial historic sites like the Commissariat House and the Colonial Building in under ten.
