Centrally located, spacious, contemporary home near Commercial Drive and Trout Lake. 2400 sq feet of living space with 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms total is best suited for families. There is a one bedroom suite that is accessible by the rest of the house, but can also be enjoyed as a separate suite. Within the suite is it's own newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a Queen sized bed.

The space
The main floor of the house has hardwood throughout with a beautiful unobstructed view of the North Shore mountains from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. There is a balcony off the living room where the view can be enjoyed as well. The kitchen is open concept with ample storage and a marble bistro island with Thonet chairs. The bathroom has double sinks, a contemporary glass enclosure, tub to ceiling imported Heath tile and radiant in-floor heating.

There are three bedrooms on the upper floor: The first bedroom has a King sized bed, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a single bed.

The living and dining rooms are open concept with a generously sized harvest dining room table for 10 from Crate and Barrel.

The ground level entrance opens into a spacious foyer. On this floor is a family room with a 75 inch TV and surround sound stereo system. The floors are polished concrete throughout with 9 foot ceilings. Laundry facilities are located in this area. A queen sized air bed on a cot stand is available- lots of room in this area to set it up.

There are in-ceiling speakers throughout the house that are accessed by plugging in your iphone or laptop into the amp.

The suite :
Bright, above grade one bedroom suite with 8 foot ceilings. Bedroom has a queen bed and living room/ kitchen area has a small sofa. Full bathroom. Wireless and hardwire Internet available. Basic cable.

Backyard:
The backyard has an outdoor table and chairs with strings of outdoor edison lights for ambience.

Free street parking out front is available. No parking on the driveway.
