The house is an old structure built in 1960. It is the famous grandmother's villa because it has specific details that remind of our grandmothers' houses. The house includes 7 rooms (3 suitable for renting for the moment), garden, porch, spacious living room, spacious dining room, a fairly large equipped kitchen with breakfast table and TV, battery room (with space to hang and wash clothes) and bathroom with shower.

The space
In addition, the patio has two living ranches. One with characteristics very typical of Costa Rican culture with rustic stove, pile and coffee drip where you can sit, chat or just be. There is also a small orchard in progress, fruit trees and ornamental plants. The other one is simpler but also cozy offers an outdoor space and nature.

Adjacent to the house there is a pizzeria and Chinese food. And very close to this one, also three supermarkets.

During your stay

Depending on the day of the visit (especially weekends), guests can be attended to in an attentive and helpful manner. Having a coffee and chatting goes a long way with guests.
You can make roasted meats on the wood-burning stove and enjoy a friendly time.
