Located in a country setting with all the amenities nearby for groceries, restaurants, gas, liquor and pharmacy.

The space
The space has been newly renovated from top to bottom with a beautiful two tone, beach-inspired kitchen, quartz countertops and backsplash in Sea Salt color, stainless steel appliances, Blanco silgranite sink, luxury vinyl flooring, pot lighting on dimmers through out, modern white baseboards and casings. The space features large windows, central air conditioning and heating. It's a cozy space yet feels very open with the strategic decor selection, larger and numerous windows.

Patio doors open the space to the beautiful and large yard. Yard has a park like setting nestled in the large mature oak trees. The wrap around deck offers plenty of space for dining at the wicker table or lounging on the zero gravity lounge chairs.

The pergola is beautifully designed and is a place to unwind and relax. The conversation patio set has plenty of comfortable seating for you and your guests. Grab a book, a coffee or a glass of wine and hang out by yourself, your significant other or with friends in this fantastic space.

The firepit area is great for evening fires with your significant other or friends. You can turn on the pergola lights to set a pretty evening mood.

The trees are beautiful in this yard, set up a hammock take a nap, listen to birds, or gaze at the sky and trees.

Note: This cottage is not lakefront. It is close to the lake and river. You can walk in front of cottages to view it (must respect cottage owners and properties).
The beach is a short drive or 15 min. bike ride or if river is low, you can walk across to access the park and beach.

Note: The space is for a maximum of 4 guests (no exceptions). Absolutely no parties or games or sports to be played in the yard as this damages the grass and ruins the experience for other guests (a casual lawn game can be played only).
Guests will be met upon arrival to confirm max only 4 guests are staying. Property is also monitored so please respect the rule. Bookings are subject to cancelation if inaccurate information is provided and rules are broken.

Where you’ll be

Saint Malo, Manitoba, Canada

St. Malo Area
-Situated 30 minutes south of the City of Winnipeg the location of St. Malo is an attractive area to work, live and play. The municipality holds the jewel of southeastern Manitoba in Lake St. Malo along with the St. Malo Provincial Park, one of the busiest Provincial Parks in Manitoba enjoyed by over 250,000 visitors every year. With these natural settings and peaceful country living it is no wonder why St. Malo has quickly become one of the most sought rural residential and cottage country destinations in the Province.

St. Malo Provincial Park
-This friendly family park features a man-made lake created by the damming of the Rat River, a large family picnic area, children's playground, swimming, hiking, sandy beaches, water craft rentals and campgrounds.
- Other activities include walking, biking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, ice fishing, snow mobiling.

St. Malo Grotto
- A wooded, remote spot before the construction of Highway 59 and the Provincial Park, its proximity to a small river reminded the founder of the Grotto of Lourdes in France, where the Blessed Virgin had appeared in 1858. The founder decided to erect a grotto here in her honour. In July 1896, with the voluntary aid of some parishioners, Noret began working on the project. Brush was cleared and hollows were filled; a small chapel was constructed on the south bank of the river.
