This apartments is central and luxurious with a loft-style decor with exposed yet painted face brick walls and concrete supporting ceilings on display in a raw display of luxury and an outstanding arrangement of space. The space
Immediately be struck by the attention to detail and the care put into creating a space for you to feel at home in, without sacrificing any of the sheer glee of being in a luxury apartment that will be your playground for the duration of your stay.

To one side you will see the charcoal black ceramic and glass bathroom with everything you need to wash up and get ready for your next meeting or outing.

While the studio apartment doesn't have balconies per se, they still have big open windows allowing for loads of natural sunlight and amazing views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and Table Bay.

Each unit is tastefully decorated, with splashes of colour accentuating the general feeling of luxury and comfort and they come replete with all the utensils and top-of-the-line appliances you could possibly wish for. SMEG oven to full-sized fridge, microwave to washer/dryer and even pod-style coffee machines to help you get up and go in the mornings.

Aside from that, entertainment with a large curved HD flatscreen with Netflix and Youtube. High Speed WiFi comes standard.

On the fourth floor there is a Darling Breweries bar as well as pool and Foosball Tables which open on to a pool with deck and gym for your recreational enjoyment.

Welcome to the art capital of the Western Cape, with a profuse amount of incredibly creative and sometimes outrageous art galleries and all sorts of amazing eateries and deli’s, bespoke photography shops, furniture stores and antique galleries.

Based right around the corner from The Old Biscuit Mill, which features a weekly “Neighbourgoods” market with locally sourced, organic and seasonal specialities that should not be missed.

Darling Breweries is in the building itself, specialising in craft beer made the natural way, and infused with South African flavour within a uniquely international medium, beer. Superette is an amazing eatery right across the road, situated within the Woodstock Exchange, a collective mini “mall” that covers everything from printing to fashion, food and accessories.

Upstairs in the Woodstock Exchange is Think Rise, a hot-desk inspired work and boardroom space for hire, with high-tech facilities and everything you need to conduct business, if you feel like not doing so from the comfort of your apartment, which is always an option.

Within your building itself, there is a great mini-lounge on the fourth floor, with enclosed glass spaces for privacy, and a mini-Darling breweries bar that services the pool deck and a general shared entertainment area overlooking the Cape Town Harbour and Lion’s Head. The swimming pool is heated and outdoors on the balcony of the fourth floor and is ideal in any weather, rain or shine.
