One bedroom apartment in the basement of a single family home. Floor level with beautiful French doors leading out to a backyard with stunning lake views, perfect for your morning coffee. You will walk in to a fully stocked kitchen to prepare simple egg benedicts or an entire chef inspired meal for your family. You have pots and pans, utensils, food processor, blender, muffin and baking dishes....Tired of cooking and don't want to do dishes. Not a problem you can use the dishwasher and use the time to watch tv next to a huge window with beautiful views of the sun setting by the lake.
You have a standup shower with excellent water pressure and towels for your needs. An extra large sink with space in the bottom to keep your belongings.
The bedroom consists of two comfortable twin beds and a large walk in closet. There is also a tall dresser with multiple drawers for extra space and a bedside lamp should you desire a small amount of light.
The living room has a large firm and comfortable sofa along with two cozy armchairs and a coffee table. The TV has cable and multiple channels but is not a smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu etc. There is an additional dresser for space in the Livingroom along with another closet to hang your coats.
You will also have a dining set with chairs and a vintage inspired lamp that you can use for reading or using your computer. Once again you can do so by putting the shades up on your French doors if you wish to look at nature while you work, eat etc.
Check in is easy. Simply message me and I will provide the key and show you the way. Afterwards feel free to keep all the privacy you want.
Keep in mind, that garbage and recycling does need to be done separately and if staying on a Monday needs to be taken out early or the night before. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or surrounding areas, otherwise we have the right to cancel any unfulfilled dates moving forward.
The apartment has 2 beds but can sleep up to 3 if they wish to use the sofa or have their own airbed.
