We are located in the charming rural community of Cocagne, New Brunswick, nestled along Route 535 in Kent County. This peaceful coastal town offers a true taste of Acadian culture and maritime charm. Conveniently situated, we're just 30 minutes from Moncton, and only 20–25 minutes from both Shediac and Bouctouche, making it easy to explore nearby attractions while enjoying the tranquility of a quiet seaside village.

This spacious, fully renovated two-level beach house features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, offering ample room for families or groups. Situated on 4 acres of land, the home boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the Bay of Cocagne, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.
