A stylish three-bedroom house in the most perfect location! This 19th century home is newly refurbished, and features a unique and artistic design.

There's a large living room and kitchen/dining room, bathroom, two double bedrooms (one ensuite with a kingsize bed, and a third smaller bedroom with another double bed).

It's just 5 minutes walk from the town centre - and 1 minute's walk from Lerwick's best pub! The perfect stay for a couple, family, or group! Easy parking, too!

The space
Spacious, bright rooms with high ceilings, all newly refurbished, with beautiful art and plants featured throughout the property. Solid oak flooring downstairs, as well as natural slate flagstones in the kitchen and porch. The bedrooms have brand new thick, soft carpets - super cosy! Brand new furniture throughout the property and as well as a brand new fitted kitchen and utilities. Expect a classy, comfortable, and vibrant space to relax in!

There are external steps that lead up to the front door (see photo). There's also stairs inside leading from the hallway to upstairs bedrooms.
