Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Newly constructed Cottage in wooded area adjacent to Nolin River Lake. Less than a mile to boat ramp. Within 5 minutes of MCNP boundary. 30 minute drive to the MCNP Visitor Center. 5 minute drive to Nolin Lake State Park. 5 minutes from Blue Holler Off-road Park, Hiking And Horse back riding trails. Within 1 mile of the Nolin River, which is designated as Kentucky s first National Water Trail. 15 minutes from Shady Hollow Golf Course.

One bed one bath cottage with full kitchen living room combination. Covered deck with grill and outdoor seating, as well as a private fire ring to enjoy an evening under the stars! All amenities and comfort to offer a cozy experience in secluded woodland area.
For additional sleeping arrangements we offer a self inflating queen size mattress which is stored in the bedroom closet. Please let us know in advance if you are planning on using the air mattress so that we can plan on leaving extra bedding. Linens and towels are provided, as well as hand soap. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. A Dollar Market is 3 miles away offering anything you may need.

Private hiking trail on property.

This is one of two identical cottages that are right next to each other.

Brand new DG Market three miles down the road. Nearest Walmart 30 minutes away. This is a dry county, BYOB.
