Beautifully set on a sloping landscape, the house welcomes you with more than 80 feet of waterfront. This year round house has laundry,
a full bathroom, a kitchen stocked with supplies and lots of sights to see. Located just minutes from all the amenities you may need in the town of Windham, it is 30 mins to Portland’s Old Port and also to Sebago Lake. Kayak, canoe, fish (bass & trout!), relax, swim, cookout - so much to offer!
