Hayloft cottage was originally part of an old threshing barn and has been beautifully converted into a rural retreat. The cottage is surrounded by 80 acres of private land, much of which has been left to nature for the past 20 years to become a haven for a large variety of wildlife and rare birds with nature walks through an untouched valley of streams, woods and pasture for our guests to enjoy.

The space
The Cottage is entered through oak stable doors into beamed dining room leading to the kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven and fridge/freezer. Downstairs main bathroom and separate shower room lead off small inner hall with airing/drying cupboard.

Upstairs to a comfortable and cosy sitting room with old oak trusses, pine floor, digital T.V. and DVD. French windows open onto private natural stone terrace with views to Dartmoor, garden furniture and barbecue. Galleried landing to three bedrooms, one of which is the master double with French windows and juliet balcony - the other two having twin beds, exposed beams and velux roof windows.
