The space
This bright 28 m² 2-room apartment is located a 6-min walk to the Palais des Festivals and the Beaches and a 2-min walk to the train station.
Inside, you'll find:
- A double bed bedroom (140 cm), bedside tables and storage
- A living room area consisting of a sofa, dining table, smart TV and double sofa bed.
- An independent equipped kitchen: Fridge, washing machine, freezer compartment, microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery and storage spaces.

Guest access
You will be in contact with our reception agent to arrange an appointment for the key exchange and visit of the apartment. The contact of our hosting agent will be sent to you in our confirmation message.
We do our best to accommodate your schedules, taking into account those of the guests we welcome in our other accommodations.
After 9pm and until 11pm, our teams are at night and a surcharge of €40 is to be paid before your arrival. Depending on availability, a nightly welcome from 11pm can be arranged for an additional charge of €100 before your arrival.
To avoid unnecessary expectations, be sure to respect the time of your appointment and inform your concierge of any delays

We are delighted to welcome you and want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Here's some important information to help you plan your arrival and stay:
- Check-in: Please schedule your check-in by appointment, at least 24 hours in advance, between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. The day before your arrival, we will contact you on the number associated with your profile to provide you with all the necessary instructions. Make sure we can reach you easily. For any check-in between 9pm and 11pm, an additional €40 will be requested. For arrivals after 11:00 p.m., an additional €100 will be applied.
- Luggage storage: If you need to drop off your luggage before check-in, our partner Cannes City Locker provides a storage service. Enjoy a discount with the code CANNESCAVS by booking directly on their website.
- Airport transfer: For a smooth journey, we can arrange your transfer with our preferred partner. Please don't hesitate to contact us for more information.
- Baby/child equipment: Travel light! You can have everything you need for your child (stroller, crib, car seat, etc.) delivered directly to the apartment, airport or train station thanks to Baby On A Trip. Remember to book online at least 48 hours in advance.
- Non-smoking accommodation: For everyone's comfort, the accommodation is entirely non-smoking. Please respect this rule. In case of non-compliance, a deodorization fee (€200) may be applied.
- Linens: Upon arrival, the beds will be made and linens and towels will be at your disposal. If you want extra linen, we can provide it on request (€8 per towel + €30 travel fee). Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
- A little extra: We are pleased to offer you a welcome basket including some essentials (shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, garbage bags, sponge, coffee pods, tea, etc.). For any additional refills, we'll let you manage your own purchases.
- Keys: Two sets of keys will be available to you for the duration of your stay.
- Occupancy of the accommodation: For the sake of safety and tranquility, the apartment is reserved for guests listed on the booking only. Any undeclared external presence may result in the cancellation of the booking.
- Cleaning: The cleaning fee covers cleaning the space after you check out. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it (for a fee, upon request).
- Checkout: Before leaving the premises, please take out your garbage and leave the dishes clean.
- Emergency response: If you need us, we can be on site by appointment, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- Respect for the neighborhood: For the well-being of all, we thank you for using the apartment and its amenities with respect for the neighborhood.
- Parking: Free parking in Cannes may be limited. We recommend that you visit the tourist office website to find the best parking options.
