The space
Newly built in 2014, pure luxury blended with cutting edge technology, this architectural gem offers 6 double/twin bedrooms, 500 sqm of living area, cinema room, outdoor terraces, beautiful 1900 sq m garden, 18mt long pool for pure comfort and total relaxation.

This formidable residence, optimised for comfort and magnificently luxurious space, helps to redefine the term ‘luxury’ and is preeminently placed within a new, exclusive and gated compound in exclusive Cala Conta, on the island’s beautiful West coast.

From the mansion there is a magnificent sea view and the villa is excellently sited to present a sweeping panorama that includes the islands of S’illa des Bosc and Conejera, as well as the famous Balearic sunset.

Everything is carefully considered and all is designed for immediate comfort, while cutting edge technology will make any stay here all that more special.
Glazed walls seamlessly merge the expansive living areas and outdoor spaces, which are geometrically defined and pleasantly arranged along with the paved stone pathways dissecting the sprawling well-tended lawns.

The property is neither overlooked nor has any obstructed views. There is a long and lean swimming pool, bordered and shaded to one side by high trees and enticingly placed at one end is wide sun terrace offering a superb panorama of landscape and sea views.

MINIMUM STAY
We only accept bookings Saturday to Saturday (7 days) in July and August.
Please enquiry for shorter stays at any other time of the year.

Ground floor: Entrance hall; open plan living and dining (seating 12) area with open kitchen; cloakroom & steam room.

1 master bedroom (37 sqm with king size 4-poster/canopy bed), 4 equally spacious modern bedrooms en suite (between 29 and 33 sqm).


The 5 suites on the ground floor all provide glazed openings to a terrace and the garden, Apple TV, an integrated sound system, ipad, and fashionable bathrooms in a local limestone with walk-in glass Dornbracht Sky rain showers and free-standing tubs. Bedrooms range from 37sqm (master) to 29 sqm on the ground floor and feature twin/superking beds.
The 6th room on the lower-ground floor is smaller (18 sqm) with twin beds and ensuite bathroom. It is for children up to 12 yrs old.

Entertain from a sleek, well-equipped kitchen with wine cooler and 2 dishwashers opening on to the warm ambience of the living area. Gaggenau appliances & induction hobs.

Lower ground floor: Entrance hall; twin bedroom en suite; cinema room; storage rooms; shower room; laundry room (2 washers and 2 driers); technical room.

Cala Conta is considered one of the best beaches in Ibiza, with long stretches of sandy beach, backed by a rocky terrain, with a third, smaller beach at the far end that can be reached by steps, which are hewn into the rock. Lovely nature walks and cycle path nearby.

Within 700 meters from the house, right at the end of the dirt road there is Calaconta beach with 3 restaurants all overlooking the water.

It is a 6/7 minutes walk from the back gate of the development along the dirt road.
We provide electric beach bikes and mountain bikes and it is a 2-minute ride to Calaconta beach and 5-minute ride to Calabassa.
Calaconta is amazingly beautiful and uncontaminated. For this reason there are no real beach clubs, yet you will find umbrellas and sun-beds in an unspoiled, rustic scenario.

If you are looking for more glamour, Calabassa Beach Club is a short 5-minute drive. A funky beach club with a choice of 3 different restaurants.
