Budget studio apartment in an amazing location. 15-min walk until Old Town. 1min until the transport stop and it will take you anywhere - to the Old Town, Airport, Port, Bus Station, Train station.

The space
The 31m2 studio apartment contains Sleepwell single beds (can be moved according to Your needs), a leather sofa, kitchen with dishes, a stove, kettle and fridge, table, a shower and a very large windowsill. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.

Guests will be access the entire apartment privately.

The booking amenities include: 1 set of bed sheets/linens and towels per guest. Extra bed sheets and towels can be provided for an extra fee if that is possible for us to organise at that moment. If the guests need extra bed sheets or towels, they need to request that at least 2 days before the start of the reservation. The place is close to Hilton Hotel, Stockmann department store, national broadcast building and the central market.

The apartment is located in the City Center, close to the Old Town. In 850 meters from Tallinn University, 1400 m from Academy of Music and Theatre. Extremely good location in terms of transportation to the Old Town, Bus Station, Airport etc. There are two food stores and a market nearby (5-min walk). FREE PARKING during the nights (20-08.00) and weekends
