This play and stay 1-bedroom loft smart home is an *adult-themed*, sex-positive, kink-friendly space suitable for up to four consenting adults. Located in the heart of the Granville entertainment district, this condo has custom BDSM furniture, a hentai-themed bathroom, club-style entryway, spanking wing, mirrored bedroom ceilings and more.

There is erotic artwork throughout.

The space
Perfect for couples (or hey, maybe two couples), discreet rendezvous to spice things up, or even try something new. This kinky Airbnb space has multiple adult play spaces, custom-made solid wood play furniture, a spanking nook, St. Andrew's cross, a beam-mounted swing bar and more.

You'll find our club-themed entryway with black walls, LED light strips, erotic art, and more as you enter. Our hentai anime-themed bathroom with a full tub/shower is to the right. The loft opens up to an ample open space with a fully-stocked kitchen featuring movable counter space. Under the stairs to the second level, there is a beam-mounted swing bar hanging over a red leather lounge chair. The living room has a custom-built, leather-wrapped wood St. Andrews Cross with multiple restraint points and chains. The ottoman doubles as a playing piece as it too is solid wood wrapped in leather and complete with restraint points. The leather sofa is a full-size pull-out sofa bed. The 75-inch smart TV has live cast capabilities if you'd like to watch yourself play from a different angle. The bulbs throughout are smart light bulbs, and colour/brightness can be adjusted by voice command via Alexa. Erotic art throughout is available for purchase (ask your host).

Upstairs you'll find an observation chair. Down the hall is the spanking nook, with a block of solid wood, leather-wrapped spanking bench and light flogger. The bedroom has mirrored ceilings, a smart TV, a spacious closet, plenty of bedding including vinyl sheets, a washer/dryer, and our gorgeous custom queen-size bed with leather-wrapped headboard fastened directly to the wall. The headboard has multiple restraint points, and six strap restraint points are fastened directly into the frame—everything is solid wood. The mattress is squeak-resistant memory foam and very comfortable.

Inside, you will be connected with an ultra-fast 1000 Mbps Fibreoptic Mesh WiFi for ultra-fast streaming and connectivity.
