"Vista Larena" is a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom villa, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, A/C and with a beautiful golf course view, lakes and El Yunque. Free parking, access to 2 common pools, one is next to Condo, the other one is beachfront. The villa is at a private complex on quiet area of Rio Grande, just minutes away from El Yunque Rainforest, a bioluminescent bay in Fajardo, a Ferry Terminal to Vieques and Culebra, and SJ Airport. Excellent restaurants close by.

The space
The villa includes TV in living room area, WIFI, 2 A/C mini-splits, hot water shower, towels, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, utensils, pots and pans. Sleeps up to 4 people. There is a full-size bed in a separate small bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room area. You will have a designated work space with desk, chair and lamp. A dining table sits 4 people besides a view to the golf course. And a relaxing balcony with a view to the lakes, mountains and golf course. We provide essentials like towels, soaps, shampoo and lotion. The villa also includes a washer and dryer for your use as a guest.

Housekeeping for longer stays are by request; additional fees would be payed directly to cleaner. Tipping the cleaner is optional.

Vista Larena is located at a private complex which includes a hotel, beach, pools, restaurants, two 18-hole golf courses (Ocean and River), golf practice range, tennis facilities and more. You may be able to access some of the hotel's restaurants, bars, casino, and other amenities. Occasionally, the hotel restricts their pools and amenities for hotel guests only, so we recommend to check availability at the concierge.

Easy access to the condo through security gate. Guards are notified by hosts prior to guests' arrival, one car permit will be provided at the time of entering the condo area. One free parking spot is reserved in front of the villa.

We are happy and thankful you are here, viewing our villa, Vista Larena. We know you will enjoy your stay at the Villa, which is located on the same complex as the Wyndham Rio Mar Hotel and Residences. You will have access to some of its amenities, restaurants, and beach. Staying in Rio Grande means you will be close by to lots of attractions, like El Yunque Rainforest and popular places to visit, like the Kiosks in Luquillo, and lots more on the East Coast of Puerto Rico. We like spending time with people who love life, nature and respect others. Our Villa is used often by friends and family but we also like to share it with guests from all over the world. The Villa is maintained by us and we do our very best, every time, to keep the Villa in top shape by continuing to add new amenities, renovate, change or maintain furniture, re-invest in it for the enjoyment of all. We are friendly people who keep a positive attitude towards life, like to respect others no matter who they are or where they are from, and we would like our visitors to do the same.
