Beautiful glamping tent on 3 wooded acres off Hwy6 Hepworth. Comfortable double bed, side table, carpeting. Self check-in &out. Tent has power and a fan. Exclusive access to a bbq and fire pit while you’re here. Outhouse with a compost toilet available. Indoor shower &sink with hot running water in separate building. Property connects to NorthernDunes GolfClub. 1min from TimHortons, 7min from SaubleBeach &Wiarton. ALL backgrounds welcome. 420 friendly.

The space
This tent offers "glamping" at its finest. Located down a path through our woods of trees and golden rod, it is separate from the main house and entirely yours for the duration of your stay.

Outside, there is a compost toilet in an outhouse. There is also an outdoor shower and sink (weather dependent, closed in the winter) as well as an indoor washroom with a shower and sink, all with hot water.

There is also an outdoor kitchenette beneath a gazebo (with a roof, but not fully enclosed), equipped with a kettle, a coffee maker, a water dispenser, a very small fridge containing milk and cream, and complimentary coffee and tea. There are also tuck shop items for sale, including firewood. *Please note that the outdoor kitchen closes for the winter season between December 1 and May 15.

Both the washroom and kitchenette are shared with other guests, but cleaned and sanitized often.

Your tent has a bistro table and BBQ outside. There is also a large communal firepit in the open space outside the bunkies and we sell firewood and bbq fuel onsite. Outside your tent is a small fire pit that is exclusively for your use while you’re here.

Make sure you check out the "Secret Garden" - follow the path into the woods beside the "Wagamese Bunkie". There is a hammock and benches in the garden (depending on the season).

Bed linens, towels, soap and shampoo are provided.

Wifi is available but this tent is far from the source so you will only be able to access it from the outdoor kitchen.

The tent is lit with portable battery operated lamps. You can find replacement batteries in the outdoor kitchen. There is also an extension cord connected to an outdoor electrical outlet that you can access in the tent. Please note that the tent will be cool if the weather outside is cold so come prepared with extra blankets (we supply sheets, a quilt and a comforter) if you are concerned about temperature. You should treat this like camping except with walls.

There is no smoking inside but the property is 420 friendly.

**As the Covid-19/Coronavirus situation continues around the world, we understand that you may wish to isolate yourself from others. You can self check-in and self-isolate as well if you are willing to forgo using the shared facilities on the property and treat this like a more traditional camping experience. Feel free to bring along a portable toilet and a container for water (as you might do while camping), if you are uncomfortable using the shared facilities. If you do make this choice, then it is possible to avoid all contact with other people, including your hosts, while you are here.

Hi, I'm Kat. I own the Dreamers Writing Farm, a 3 acre writing-themed property in the Bruce Peninsula, a short drive from Sauble Beach. On my farm, find a Secret Garden in the woods, a set of secluded bunkies each named after a Canadian author, 6 large vegetable boxes, and a studio apartment (with full amenities), as well as an open-air shower and an outdoor kitchen. I also have 3 Nigerian dwarf goats, the Brothers Grimm, named Gus, Gunther, and Griffin. They are friendly and you can definitely pet them. :) I'm a writer, a PhD student, a marketing professional, and a mother.
