I really apologize if we had some problems during your stay. As i told you the day of your arrival, i wanted to come with an electrician to try to fix those problems with the chandelier and plugs but as i told you i did not have any guarantee about the chance we had to fix the problem because i did not have any idea of the source of this problem.
I ask you twice if i had your agreement to come and try to fix those problems and twice you told me that it was not a problem for you at all.
I am now really disappointed by your review because every time i repeated that i stay at your disposal on AirBnb chat, by text message or (Hidden by Airbnb) to help you or to try to fix every problem you met in the apartment if you finally change your mind.
That's the reason why i found your review a little bit unfair.
About the other points, we did not get any bad comments before your reviews... but you can be sure that every points you talked about will be double checked tomorrow.
A large part of our guests left a very good comment about their stay in this apartment. I hope this is not just because of us but also because of the studio which is like you can see in our reviews really a good place for a parisian stay !
The problems with the chandeliers and outlets which were not working during your stay had been caused by the fact that one of our guests broke the socket of a lamp in an electrical outlets.
Unfortunately this traveler did not tell us that he broke this socked in the electrical outlets. It has been the source of a general electric failure in the apartment 4 hours after your departure when we were looking for the origin of those problems.
Our electrician worked during 4 hours the day of your departure to fix it. Today, everything works correctly and we pay more than 400 euros to solve those problems without looking for the responsibility of any of our guests... because we have only one goal : make your stay as good as possible !
