This lovely apartment is located in the heart of Christchurch City; opposite Hagley Park and a ten minute walk to ChCh Hospital and cricket grounds. The Terrace - a popular strip in town is a 20 min walk away, 5 min drive to Riccarton shopping Mall.
Guests have their own private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, bike shed, bathroom and furnished outdoor area. One bedroom with queen sized bed, sofa bed in the lounge.
NB: Apartment is on the second floor so access is via stairs.

One bedroom apartment opposite the beautiful Hagley Park, in the back block of apartments. Close to Christchurch tourist attractions, inner city shopping, Riccarton Mall, Cricket Grounds, Christchurch Hospital, Avon River, Botanical Gardens and many lovely cafes.

NB: The apartment is on the second floor so access is via stairs.

Other things to note
There is no parking on the premises, although there is free parking on Hagley Avenue and Selwyn Street. Ubers, lime scooter, taxis are also available in Christchurch if you don’t have a car and it’s too far to walk.

As mentioned, this apartment is opposite Hagley Park which is the heart of Christchurch City where many people walk, bike and enjoy walking their dogs. It is a beautiful 164 hectare park which is the largest urban open space in Christchurch. It is also close to Hagley Oval Cricket Ground where many International Cricket games are played in the summer.
Christchurch Hospital and Christchurch Woman’s Hospital are 10 minute walk.
Other attractions - Botanical Gardens, Christchurch Museum, Avon River, Canterbury Earthquake National Memorial, Christchurch Art Gallery.

Mark and myself live in a lovely country village called Ohoka. We have a large house with a big lawn and alot of hedging with approx 10 acres of land. We enjoy outdoor activities especially water skiing, wake boarding and snow skiing. We live a busy life with work and children and enjoy travelling ourselves.
