2 bedroom , 2 bath unit in the middle of downtown Cedar Rapids close to bars, restaurants with new carpeting and vinyl flooring throughout. Spacious living room with smart TV and stocked kitchen with everything needed for basic cooking. Linens and free wifi included.

30 day minimum booking required, inquire if shorter arrangements needed and I will check alternate options.

Please note street parking is metered from 9 AM till 6 PM Monday thru Friday, otherwise free and plentiful. If you will spend days at the building ramp pass can be obtained for $20.
