Easy to access, newer, open, and bright Tiny Home located in Peak View Park Community. Come experience tiny living in a kid/baby/pet-friendly vacation home with an amazing view of Pikes Peak! It may be "tiny" but it's equipped with full-size amenities (fridge, stove/oven, washer/dryer, shower, flat-screen TVs, free WiFi and TV apps, etc) and the unique layout and yards allow for plenty of space for up to 6 or7. You'll be right near stores/restaurants and all the adventures the area has to offer!

The space
This house, often referred to as a "park model", features a private bedroom with queen bed (and flat screen TV with free Netflix) and a loft with a full-size Zinus memory foam mattress and queen memory foam mattress. The loft overlooks the living room, which features a comfy love-seat (which could sleep a child or additional 7th guest), dining table, and flat screen TV with free Netflix, Hulu, AMazon Prime Video, AND Disney Plus (and Amazon Firestick to view your own apps). The bathroom has a stand-up shower (with seats) and removable shower head. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the amenities to cook (pots/pans, utensils, etc, as well as coffee maker (and coffee/tea, creamer, sugar, filters), toaster, microwave. We also try to keep condiments, pancake mix, syrup, and spices stocked in. There is a propane grill on the front porch with seating area. Unlike ANY other Tiny Homes in the area, this house has two safe yards for kids/pets to play! There is a private fenced area on the side of the house which features a fire pit for privately relaxing late into the night! We love kiddos and have plenty of baby gear: a pack n' play that will fit in the master bedroom, a baby gate for the loft stairs, bouncer seat, shower seat, high chair, etc. Experience tiny house living without compromising comfort or space with your entire family while you explore all the amazing things to do in the area. Whether you're visiting Charis Bible College, enjoying the outdoors, or just passing through, you won't be disappointed!

Where you’ll be

Woodland Park, Colorado, United States

The tiny home is in a tiny home park named Peak View Park. We know most everyone in the park (including the owners), raised three kids here, and never had any issues with safety. The home is right off Hwy 24 and about 25mins from Colorado Springs and the drive in between is amazing with great views and lots of fun things to do! The Cave of the Winds, Garden of the Gods, Cliff Dwellings, Manitou Springs and the Incline, The North Pole, and the road to the top of Pikes Peak (our favorite activity) are right off Hwy 24 between Co Springs and the house. There are lots of great hiking trails, Memorial Park, and the Dinosaur Museum here in Woodland Park. Rampart Reservoir is nearby with lots of great hiking, fishing, and snow tubing. The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and Seven Falls are in Colorado Springs. Cripple Creek (our favorite town for casino play) is also nearby. Peak View Park has some of the best views of Pikes Peak in the city! Be sure to explore all the unique restaurants, bars, and shops in our little downtown, not many chains here! We are the Tolers and we've been Superhosts for 4 years! We reside in the beautiful mountain town of Woodland Park, CO where we host our Tiny Home. We also spend part of the year on St Croix USVI, where we get to escape the snow for paradise with our three little girls! We'll soon be listing our two side-by-side condos on the island, so be sure to ask about a muti-stay discount. We travel A LOT and recently spent almost a month on the road exploring the West and the coast. As travelers, we promise to leave your place as we found it (there's NO better guest than a Superhost, lol) and we've taught our girls to respect other's property, too. We love showing our girls all the adventures life has to offer!

During your stay

Unlike many hosts, Lin, John , and their family live nearby and are always available! Feel free to ask us for anything you may need before/during/after your stay or for info on all the exciting things to do nearby! You may check-in anytime after 4pm but we prefer check-ins before 10pm, as it gets dark and weather conditions in the mountains can be worse at night. We also have an 3 children, so we request that guests arriving after 10pm pay special attention to the instructions to find the home (which are sent via AirBnb Messenger) to avoid too many late night phone calls. (GPS alone is not accurate to find the home, though it's not hard to find, lol). Of course, if a guest is lost or in need, we'll be available to help you find your way via phone.
