Welcome to Triangle House, a unique double A-frame situated on a private 1.7 acre lot, fronting on the Conestogo river

Only 6 minutes drive from St.Jacobs center, 1.5 hours drive from Toronto, 15 minutes drive from the University of Waterloo and 25 minutes to Elora.

Bring the whole family. This 3 bed, 3 bath home comfortably sleeps 6.

Soak in the countryside from the sprawling deck and grounds, while enjoying all the comforts of a modern home.

The space
The house is on 1.7 acre lot situated next to farmers' fields and separated from neighbouring houses by thick trees. You will have total privacy. The long drive leads you down to this unique, architectural double A-frame as well as ample parking for multiple cars.

The house itself features an open-concept great room, with soaring double-height ceilings and abundant windows that make you feel as though you are nestled in the trees. There is no better place to gather with friends and family while preparing a meal.

The 2nd floor features a master bedroom with a king bed, a 3pc bathroom, and a guest bedroom with a double bed and a queen bed that looks on out the great room via a Juliet balcony. In the basement is another guest suite with a queen bed, a 4pc ensuite bathroom and a private walk-out patio.

Off of the great room is a massive outdoor deck and covered, lit gazebo, equipped with a fire table, natural gas Weber grill and Blackstone griddle. The views from the deck down onto the property are stunning and this is a wonderful place to prepare a meal with friends and family outdoors. Stone steps from the deck lead down to a large lawn and stone firepit. The kids will love the abundant open space to run around and be free. A trail from the lawn down through the trees to the Conestogo river brings you even closer to nature where you might spot toads, brown trout and heron.

The house has all the comforts of a modern home including central air heating and cooling, gas and wood-burning fireplaces, high-speed Starlink internet, 65 inch smart tv, laundry and a Tesla wall charger. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with ice maker, high-end appliances, 5-burner gas stove, Miele dishwasher, filtered water, Keurig, granite counters, etc.

Guest access
There is ample private parking for multiple cars on the property. The property is situated on a rural road, approximately 5 minutes drive to the St.Jacobs town center. Most guests will want to get around by car, but road cyclists will find an abundance of country roads to explore by bike.

The property is situated on a rural country road in the middle of Mennonite country. You will frequently see Mennonite farmers going down the road in their traditional horse and buggy.
