Enjoy this Maisonnette located in a quiet alley and in the heart of the village of Marsannay la Côte. Village located at the beginning of the Route des Grands Crus. Close to the wine estates and Dijon. Shops within walking distance: bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, coffee shop, tobacco shop, multipurpose room, town hall. Free parking. 5 min to the highway access. Accommodation suitable and ideal for 2 people but with the possibility to sleep 4. The washing machine is currently out of order.

Upon entering the accommodation you will find an open space with a kitchen area, a living area with sofa bed and toilet. You will access the floor via a staircase. You will arrive in an unenclosed shower room and 3 small steps up to the bedroom. (Beware of the window in the bedroom because there is no guardrail, it is being made)
