The space
This stunning estate comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, offering a blend of luxury and comfort. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, while two additional bedrooms include queen-size beds. A fourth bedroom is equipped with double/single bunk beds. With three full bathrooms and one half-bath, the property ensures both convenience and privacy.

The interior provides a welcoming, cozy atmosphere with leather sofas, armchairs, and a Smart TV for relaxation after a day of exploration. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances for preparing family meals, which can be enjoyed at the elegant dining table. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer and air conditioning/heating to ensure a comfortable, stress-free stay.

Outside, a covered porch with comfortable seating invites you to unwind, while the expansive lawn offers space for outdoor games like football, soccer, and cornhole. The 50-acre wooded lot features private trails, perfect for birdwatching and enjoying nature.

Firewood is provided for the outdoor fire pit, allowing guests to gather around and enjoy evenings under the stars. Please note, for safety reasons, indoor fireplaces are disabled.

For larger events, the on-site Studio/Party Hall is available for an additional fee and can be transformed into an elegant indoor venue—ideal for weddings, bachelorettes, family dinners, and more. Simply let us know your event needs, and we’ll help you create a memorable celebration.

Please make sure to complete these steps before your arrival date: Complete Point of Contact Form and Rental Agreement.

Our Point of Contact Form allows for a smooth check-in process. You will be asked to upload a picture of a piece of government-issued photo ID and list the full names of all over-night guests, just like you would do for a hotel reservation.

Our rental agreement is a way for us to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms of the rental. By signing the agreement, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the rules and guidelines set forth for your stay. This helps to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved.

In addition to the rental agreement, we require a $350 offline security deposit hold. A link will be sent to you.

To make your check-in process easier, we have an online check-in form and ask for a copy of your valid photo ID. This will need to be completed in order for your door access code to be generated.
