Our Pacific Northwest Retreat is on a wooded 1/2 acre lot located in the West Haven-Sylvan neighborhood of Portland. This beautiful retreat is a great place to unwind after exploring the Portland area. The location offers the best of both worlds- it very private, yet only a 15 minute drive to downtown Portland.

The space
We offer a large, inviting home in a Portland suburb that is perfect for large groups with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
There is one bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate kitchenette located on the main floor that provides ease of access for older relatives or families with young children.
This home features custom woodwork throughout, serene views of the property, and a thoughtfully designed living space and chef's kitchen.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire 1/2 acre corner lot with an outdoor hammock, patio furniture, and barbecue.
You have access to every part of the house excluding the garages.
The neighborhood is wonderful for walking and features a small grocery store (The Little Store) only 0.4 miles from the house.
It is recommended that you have a car or use Uber/Lyft to explore Portland from this home. If using public transport- the #20 bus stops 1 mile from the home and is a quick 15 minute trip into NW and downtown Portland. MAX light rail is also 1 mile from the home.

Wonderful, quiet neighborhood! Great for walking/running and very kid friendly. Close to grocery stores, etc. There is a neighborhood market up the street that also serves wine, beer and food on their patio.
