Bring your family and friends to this perfect place for fun and relaxation. The garden is very large with Swimming pool (not heated), gardenhouse and covered terrace. Private and only for you alone to use. Downstairs there is a cute little bakery that offers fresh coffee as well.

The Haus is spacious with a big living room, completely equiped kitchen, dining room and 4 bedrooms. Only one bathroom, but additional sinks in two of the bedrooms. Exeptionally beautiful to mention - the huge covered terrace. In the garden you can play football or other outdoor sports - there is enough space. Also there is a fence around it all to keep it private.

The house is situated in an industial area, connected to our car dealership. There is only one direct neighbour, so it is ver private. Directly on mainstreet restaurants, shops and the centre of town are within walking distance. The garden is completely fenced in.
