Built in 1887, and owned by the Pyle family for over 100 years, the farmhouse is surrounded by fields with sheep and cider apples. We are on site and therefore able to offer a personal and friendly service to help with anything you may need during your stay.

Dogs are welcome (small fee per night)

The farmhouse has recently been renovated to a high standard and inside has 5 large bedrooms (2 rooms ensuite, 2 rooms share a bathroom and a bedroom on the ground floor with easy access to a shower room/toilet).

There is large kitchen with AGA, dining area, lounge with open fire, games room, conservatory and utility/boot room. There is a large outside space for children to run with a trampoline and a patio area with a hot tub and BBQ area

Based in the village of Feniton, we have a train station just a 10 minute walk to the property (Exeter to London Waterloo line.) The village has a well stocked shop and a there is a lovely country pub with children's play area within a 10 min drive.

There are many footpaths around us taking you on beautiful countryside walks down to the river Otter or to Escot estate through the woods.
