This is a great economical listing for those who may be in town to go to school or do a short project. Available for 1 to 6 months. You'll be in a private bedroom on a floor with 3 other people, sharing common areas, kitchen and bathroom. Walkable to Ashby bart station, by which you can get to San Francisco easily. Up and coming, diverse NOBE neighborhood (NOBE = North Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville area). Restaurants, yoga and grocery stores nearby. Please make sure you agree to house rules.

The space
Bedroom size 10ft x 11ft, has private entrance bathroom. Garden is available for sitting and having coffee or private time. Room has a queen size bed and two closets. Private bathroom has tub, shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen has an induction burner and electric oven. We have basic kitchen items like pots and pans and plates, and some starter supplies. You will need to buy your own supplies as well as personal hygiene items.
