I like to think of my condo as the perfect mixture of modern and cozy. Everything inside the condo has been updated and remodeled within the last few years, but it still maintains a down-to-earth, warm, home-style feel.
Enjoy coffee or drinks on my covered front balcony with lounge chairs, or enjoy eating/sipping at the granite bar counter in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker) as well as essentials for cooking (pots and pans, blender, cutting boards, oil, salt, pepper). Feel free to use anything and everything in my kitchen you need to cook to save money on meals. I'll start you off with coffee essentials, wine, milk, juice, and couple snacks!
The condo has a large bathroom with plenty of space for getting dressed and a large closet with available room for storing luggage and hanging clothes.
The condo is a studio layout, but the queen-sized bed is tucked away in a secluded nook of the apartment. Comfortably sleeps 2 people, but there is a couch for an optional 3rd guest. Perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxed, clean, modern, quiet, private space!
Most centrally located hotels get booked up fast for major events. Renting a home/apartment is a great option, is often cheaper, and comes with a host of benefits. I will make sure that you both feel at home and on vacation!
Guests will have access to one free covered parking space located at the apartment complex.
I will provide you with personalized recommendations, tips, notes, and local insights if you are interested.
Free WiFi - great space to get some work/business taken care of while in town. The WiFi is also connected to a Roku TV, where you can access your personal accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, Showtime, in addition to sports, news, and cable channels.
Clean sheets, clean towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner provided!
Modern, high-speed, free washer and dryer located on the same floor of the condo in the complex.
Interaction with guests
Feel free to call me or email me at any point during your stay!
I usually just leave the key for guests so that you can check in at your convenience, but if you'd like for me to meet you, just let me know!
Sometimes I will be out of town, but many times I will still be around in Austin, so if you have any questions or concerns, I would be happy to swing by and chat!
Other things to note
Special pricing during major city events.
Smoking allowed outside in the chairs, just not in the condo please!
Make yourself feel completely at home, but also treat the condo as if it were your home! Thanks so much : )
Hey there! I am a local and a lover of Austin. I received my degrees in Spanish and Psychology from the University of Texas, and am currently teaching yoga classes around the Austin area and working as a host at one of the city's best farm to table restaurants, Odd Duck. I love nature, traveling, cooking, hiking, reading, playing piano, listening to music, exploring the restaurant and live music scenes in Austin with friends, and anything and everything about animals.
I've traveled all around the US, to Canada, Mexico, Spain, Great Britain, France, Argentina, Peru, Uruguay, and Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, and Costa Rica, but there is no doubt that my heart belongs in Austin, and I love being able to use it as a home base and launch pad for my creative endeavors. Come experience this amazing city that I feel lucky to call home! My goal is to help make you feel as comfortable and at home in Austin as possible, from the coziness and cleanliness of my apartment to the personalized recommendations about things to do in the city.
