Other things to note

Nordic skiing is a short drive away at Opeongo Hills Noridic Ski club. Snowshoeing and cross country skiing is available to you on the lake with your own equipment.

Biking trails, ATV trails, and snowmobile trails are located within an hour's drive and make a wonderful day trip.

If you like sight seeing, take a self-guided driving tour - Rural Ramble. This way you can do a heritage walk, check out the museums, take the local flavour at the Farmer's Markets, see the waterfalls, and visit local studios all on the same day. Ask us about our area. We would love to tell you about all the amazing things going on here and help you plan your stay.

If you forgot something, Barry's Bay is a quick drive away with grocery and drug stores, and more for your convenience.
