The space
The guest unit has its own entrance and its very own floor. 5 minute drive to Topanga Canyon Blvd, easy access to fwys, CSUN and Northridge mall within 5 miles. Hikers and rock climbers welcome to nearby Stoney Point Pk and some amazing trails. Away from city lights there's nightly star gazing and occasional Meteor showers. This quiet place yet centrally located to everywhere you want be in Los Angeles! Only a short distance to Downtown LA, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Six Flags! After you are done hiking, and sightseeing hit the Malibu beaches or enjoy the sunset over the nature preserve in the valley below.

Chatsworth is part of Los Angeles, but it has a whole other feel. You turn off Topanga Canyon Blvd and all of sudden it feels like you're in the country. It has large open-spaces and smaller recreational parks and distinctive features like the rock formations and the former Chatsworth Reservoir. Meanwhile everything is close and handy just like the rest of LA.
