Absolutely unique space. Newly renovated, with private entrance, one bedroom apartment on the Mississippi River. Beautiful views with a patio & terrace overlooking the river. Minutes walking to shops, restaurants, galleries, bike & walking trails, birdwatching, river boat launch, fishing & downtown core. Full kitchen, WIFI & TV. A great couple's getaway.
Two day booking minimum, although special requests may be accepted & discounts given for weekly and monthly rentals.

The space
An oasis with plenty of modern rustic charm. Sliding barn door separates living room and bedroom, queen bed with adjacent window with views of the river. New queen pullout couch in living room. Go to bed listening to sounds of the waterfalls and wake up to sounds of the birds in summer... River views right from your bed!

Guest access
Guests can access the river from a public put in and boat launch that is only a 5 minute walk away towards town. Downtown Mill Street is a couple minute walk from there.
Parking is available for one car in our driveway, and storage for bikes or kayaks, canoes on the side of the house near guests entrance. Friendly & quiet neighbourhood.
