Despite its serene countryside ambiance, it's conveniently located just a brief stroll away from downtown Carbondale. Set against the backdrop of open space, you'll be treated to stunning sunrises and sunsets, with sweeping views up the valley.

Our property boasts ample parking and a fenced yard, welcoming your furry friends.

The space
We are happy to welcome you to our home. The house has plenty of space for a family or group with ample parking, a cozy living room and a great patio in the summer.

Other things to note
Please note this is our home. There will be artifacts of our lives about! Please respect our space and stay out of the garage and locked closets. We have the house professionally cleaned but have 2 dogs. If you are allergic this may not be the house for you.

The downstairs laundry room is shared with a long-term tenant who lives in the lock off basement apartment. You will see his cars in the drive and may see him from time to time.
