This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.

The Folgate Bunkie features a double bed, end table. lamp and small table. The unit is 10ft. x 10.5ft inside.
Outside is a picnic table, two Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. It is tucked into the trees on a 96 acre lavender farm. You will have access to the lavender fields, trails throughout the property and river access for fishing, kayaking or canoeing. The property is 25 minutes from the beaches of Lake Huron.
You are required to bring your own bedding - sheets pillows and blankets

The space
The property is a lovely rolling parcel with beautiful views. You are only 25 minutes from the beautiful beaches along Lake Huron. Pack as if you are camping so please bring your bedding and all cookware, etc. We provide some firewood (additional wood available for a fee) and potable water. There is a shared washroom with composting toilet, shower and outdoor sink.

Guest access
You have access to all of the trails on the 96 acre property, the Teeswater River for fishing or kayaking/canoeing, the lavender fields and the Lavender Boutique.
