Beautiful One Bedroom, self contained Beachfront Apartment with stunning views of Alexandra Beach.
Enjoy beautiful sunrises and walks along the pristine beach to Alex in one direction and Mooloolaba in the other. There are a multitude of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance of your doorstep.
The Unit is on the 3rd Floor of "The Grand Palais Resort''.'
Relax by the pool, soak in the Spa or sit on the Verandah looking out to the Ocean. Nothing beats it.

What a fabulous location in this freshly renovated apartment with stunning Alexandra Headland views.
'Alex' as it is called by locals is a coastal town situated on Queensland's Sunshine Coast approximately 1 hour's drive north of Brisbane.
Alex has a relaxed and laid back atmosphere where you can listen to the surf rolling in or spend time on the beautiful beaches.
Alexandra Headland sits in the middle of the popular Mooloolaba and Maroochydore.
Beautiful Noosa is about 40 minutes south.

Alex is a patrolled swimming beach. Visitors can enjoy watching the surfers, or if you are up to it you can join them.
We are lucky to have Alex Surf directly below us so if it is Surf lessons or board hire you are looking for they will be able to set you up.
For the skaters and bikers, there is an outdoor skate park right alongside the beach.

There is a range of cafes, restaurants and shops right at your doorstep including a Friendly Grocer for all your essentials, so once you park the car there will be little need to use it.

We live about 10minutes from the Unit so can be with you quickly if required.
