Cozy, fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment in the EU district, with a superb view on the Atomium. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building serviced with 2 brand new elevators, is fully renovated and located 5 minutes walk from the metro station and less than 10 minutes walk from all the main EU institutions. In the close vicinity you can find a Carrefour Express, post office, vibrant bars and restaurants.

The space
You will absolutely love this little 40m2 jewel close to the European Commission and the European Council. From the very large windows you can enjoy the colourful spectacle of the financial district at night and the atomium from the distance.
The bathroom is fully equipped and spacious with a comfortable shower. You can find a dishwasher and washing machine as well as all the equipment needed to cook and a nice coffee machine. There is WiFi available to browse on the Internet however it is not meant for streaming Netflix or YouTube.
