A relaxing bungalow located at Greenwater Lake Provincial Park. Enjoy all the amenities of your home while relaxing at the lake in style. Our cabin is a short walk to the beach. There are both indoor & outdoor living spaces! In the winter, you can cozy up to an indoor fireplace while roasting smores outside in the summer. There are 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen/bar/dining areas & lots of activites to keep you busy! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

The space
-1200 sqft Bungalow with ample outdoor living space
- 5 bedrooms (king bed, single over double bunkbed, crib, and 3 queen beds)
-2.5 baths (full bath w/ tub and half on mainfloor, full shower in basement)
-fully equipped kitchen plus more!
-fireplace and furnace
-tap water is potable and tested
- propane BBQ (please bring canister)
- firepit and fireplace have wood included
- cabin runs on a water tank and septic system - please be mindful of your water use and do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
-Toilet paper, kleenex and paper towel is provided.

Please Bring:

Effective March 24, 2024 all new listings will include a cleaning fee. This allows for all bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows) and towels (hand, face, bath, dish) to be included in your stay. These towels are NOT beach towels. A charge will be incurred if there is excessive staining**

- all food & supplies you may need for your stay
- water if you don't want to drink from the water tank

Required:
- please tidy up before you leave.
- dishes need to be done: washed, dried and put away.
- clean out fridge.
- clean any garbage inside and outside.
- take bagged garbage and recycling to the bins.

Guests are permitted to use all accessible spaces on the property.

During the summer activites include the beach, golf course, marina (for watercraft rentals, boatslips and mooring), great fishing, interpretive walking trails and additional activities at the Park Store.

Winter brings 170km of signed and groomed snowmobile trails, cross country ski trails, a sledding hill, ice fishing and a skating rink.

Steiestol Lake, Marean Lake, Barrier Lake and Barrier Ford Lake are all within driving distance.

The cabin is located in Zone 48 - the area is known for its moose, deer, elk, geese and bear.
