Welcome to your cozy retreat in Villa Park! Our charming studio is just two blocks from the Knox light rail station, offering easy access to all of Denver and a quick trip to Golden. The Paco Sanchez bike path allows for swift downtown access and takes you to the exciting Meow Wolf interactive art exhibit!

Electric scooters are available for rent via Lyft or Uber just a few blocks away.

The space
This charming 300 sq. ft. studio is conveniently located at the back of our home. While we share a wall, soundproofing ensures a peaceful stay, and we strive to keep noise to a minimum. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bed, a kitchenette stocked with all the essentials, a 4-person table for dining or workstation, a beautifully remodeled bathroom, and spacious closet. We also provide a 4” memory foam full-size, tri-fold floor mattress for extra guests.
Enjoy unlimited access to our back patio and yard, perfect for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.
Plus, you'll appreciate the newly added washer/dryer combo in the unit for added convenience!

Guest access
In the studio, you’ll notice a locked access door next to the refrigerator. This door leads to our private areas and is kept locked throughout your stay for your security and peace of mind. The door provides convenient access for cleaning when guests check out. You can enjoy your stay knowing that your space is completely private.

**Parking**

If you're driving, don't worry about parking! Our neighborhood has an abundance of on-street parking spots, and you'll usually find one right in front of our home or just a short walk away. We don't offer private parking, but the on-street parking is easy and convenient.

Neighbourhood highlights

The Knox light rail station is only two blocks away as well as Paco Sanchez park. There’s a disc golf course located within the park which brings in a lot of people. Also, the bike path in the park leads you directly downtown in minutes! The Broncos stadium, Meow Wolf, and Sloans lake are really close as well!
