This new construction, basement level unit, with it's own private entrance and large windows, has everything you could need to enjoy a beautiful beach getaway. The open concept unit at 1000 sq. ft. has a laid back, beach vibe with its soft white interior and lots of comfy areas for lounging. Enjoy walks on the beach, sun-bathing, bonfires and lobster boils or just drift away as you listen to the music of the ocean.

The space
Private and shared decks, beach chairs, umbrellas, BBQ, canoe , kayaks and firepit for bonfires and roasting marshmallows. Beautiful, Private 3km long beach only steps from your door. STFX University town of Antigonish is only a 20 min drive away for all of your dining and shopping needs.

Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer.

The decks that are available for guests are the one that is in front of the shed, the deck that has the table with blue umbrella and the small one to the right of the entry to the unit. To access the beach, just walk left when you leave the unit.

Bottom bunk pulls out to make a king bed.
