Aloha and welcome to my precious gem of a home on the Big Island of Hawaii. Its 7 private acres have sweeping views of the ocean, sunset, and moonset and sits perched above the sacred Kealakekua Bay, where wild spinner dolphins love to frequent.

Nature is vibrant and alive in this haven of privacy, but within a 10 minute drive you can find grocery stores, farmer's markets, world class snorkelling, numerous cafes/restaurants, beautiful beaches and the famous Captain Cook Monument Hike.

The space
Our home has 3 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen and dining area, a living room, a family room with a pullout sofa, and a stunning covered Lanai. The house is 100% solar powered, and all appliances and kitchenware are new and well maintained.

The house is naturally ventilated, and the steady and cool breeze provides ideal temperatures throughout the day and night. Birdsong fills the air from sunrise to sunset, and after sunset the star gazing is spectacular.

Guest access
A manual gate guides you into the property where there is covered parking for two cars. A giant Monkey Pod tree greets you and provides shade for additional vehicles.
