With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 6 beds, two kitchens, and multiple living spaces, the home offers a flexible layout that works beautifully for families, extended families, and groups of friends. The two-kitchen setup provides added convenience, privacy, and plenty of space for everyone to feel at home.

The space
Upstairs, enjoy inviting bedrooms, well-appointed bathrooms, and a spacious dining area, with extendable table seats up to 12, perfect for shared meals and gatherings. Downstairs, the atmosphere shifts to pure leisure with a cozy lounge area, bar, popcorn machine (popcorn provided), sofa, and large TV — ideal for movie nights and relaxing after a day of exploring.

Step outside and enjoy your own Catskills retreat. Soak in the private hot tub, relax in the hammock, gather around the fire pit for s’mores or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Lake access is just down the street, with kayaks available for guests to enjoy.

There’s plenty to explore nearby, from scenic trails and charming Catskills towns filled with shops, breweries, and restaurants to fly fishing in Roscoe, spa days at Resorts World, and family fun at the Kartrite Waterpark.
