Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This property is located in a convenient and safe residential area in Naguru close by to major roads leading to the heart of the capital- Kampala. The property is securely enclosed in a wall fence with a live- in guard. Easily accessible by public transport. The house is 2minute walk from the main road, a 3 min drive to Acacia mall and a 5 min drive from Lugogo Mall and Mulago hospital / Makerere University and 8min drive to CBD.

The space
The cozy space is fully furnished with a well decorated and calming living room area with a sofa, an open style kitchen, bedroom is furnished with single bed with a comfortable mattress for a perfect rest, a bathroom with a shower and hot water. The outside balcony is decorated with some potted plants , perfect for outdoor relaxation.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, electric kettle, microwave, utensils and cutlery to enable our guest fix quick meals during their stay.

The security features in the house include a metallic front gate with security padlocks, doors and windows with burglar proofing and a wooden door to the bedroom with a lock. In addition to these security measures, guests are encouraged to take additional precaution towards their safety and that of their property. Remember that Security begins with you!

Neighbourhood : We are in a quite easily accessible area with the benefit of several traffic routes into the city centre and in close proximity are other upscale neighbourhoods like Bukoto, Kololo, Ntinda, Mbuya which house several places of interest as well such as malls, country clubs, multi cuisine restaurants, cafes and night spots. Nakawa market is nearby where you can buy the freshest and cheapest produce! This location provides the peace, serenity and security of being in suburban Kampala while still being in close proximity to CBD
