Come enjoy our newly remodeled villa with living, bedroom and patio deep waterfront views of sunsets and Pace Bend. Our 2 bedroom is on the top floor (elevator access) with high ceilings and it’s gorgeous! Yes! We have wifi, in villa washer and dryer, salon spa and 3 year round pools (1 indoor heated pool) hot tubs, saunas, fitness center, shuffle board, tennis and boat slips for rent.
Only 4 guests maximum including infants and children. Must be 21 or older to reserve.

The space
Relax and unwind in our gorgeous top floor villa with vaulted ceilings. It has been completely remodeled and decorated. The interior and furnishings are light and inviting and include tile floors, and granite countertops.
The spacious villa has one well appointed large master bedroom, with a King Bed and a 3rd floor balcony over looking the beautiful pool and lake.
Bedroom 2 includes two full beds with beautiful treetop courtyard views.
Our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

Only 4 guests maximum including infants and children.

Check In is 4pm no earlier.

We will provide check in information prior to your arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking space, and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows you to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).
