The space
This spacious home is well laid-out over three levels. There are four bedrooms, each boasting a luxurious and comfortable bed and an ensuite bathroom and will comfortably sleeps 10 guests in luxury. There are two living spaces with two additional powder rooms plus a mudroom connected to a two-car garage. The home is tastefully furnished, been recently painted throughout, and has new showers and a whole house water filtration and purification system. Level: Entering at street level, you be greeted with a large open concept living, kitchen and dining spaces. One guest room is also situated on this level.
The living room is majestic, with its vaulted ceiling, custom woodwork, comfortable mountain contemporary style furnishings, large stone (gas) fireplace and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. A large deck, with access from the living room, kitchen, and guest room, with new patio furnishings and a BBQ Grill, makes it a great place to relax and enjoy nature while sipping your favorite glass of wine.
The fully equipped chef's kitchen has stainless steel Wolf appliances, a subzero refrigerator, double ovens, and a wet bar, creating the perfect cooking, dining, and entertaining experience. Seating is available at the kitchen counter via bar stools.
The dining table seats six with sprawling views of Park City ski runs and the great outdoors. Additional portable table with four chairs is in the downstairs bedroom’s closet, if needed.
Lower Level: Descend the wide staircase to the lower level and you will find another great entertainment area with a pool table, comfy seating, gas fireplace, 65” Smart TV and a convenient wet bar for entertaining. There are also plenty of games and books for your enjoyment while at the house. From this level you can access the lower patio area with a hot tub and additional outdoor seating as well as another guest room and a powder room.
Ascending another wide staircase to the upper level, you will find two bedrooms:
Master: King size bed, lovely gas fireplace, cozy sitting area, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in closet, double sinks, a large soaking tub, separate glass/tile shower. There is a private balcony off the master bedroom with more amazing views.
Bedroom 2 (upper level): Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet and a tile/glass shower. There is a portable crib and a baby bathtub in the closet if needed.
Bedroom 3 (main level): King bed, Smart TV, access to wrap around deck, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a glass/tile shower, and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 4/ Bunk room (lower level) — Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, full bed, and ensuite bathroom offers tub/shower combo and walk-in closet. There is direct access to lower outdoor patio and hot tub from this room. There is a rollaway bed in the closet for an extra guest.

The entire home is yours to explore and enjoy.
In addition, the club house, which has a pool and tennis courts are available to all guests during the open season.
The club house is within short walking distance to the home and the access keys will be provided at the house.
Other things to note
Park Meadows neighborhood is great for walking, with miles of connected streets and some of the views in Park City. At the end of our street are the trails of Round Valley, an extensive network of amazing hiking and biking trails.
